Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TEBTON® purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned items arrive at our warehouse.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please return the original item and place a new order. This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return
To start a return, please send us an email at we@tebton.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with further instructions and the return address.
